Private Client Solicitor - REV & REGS LIMITED : Job Details

Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor position for a well-established, and reputable law firm in Tonbridge. With a friendly and warm team, they are one of the most highly regarded firms in the area.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Wills of varying degrees of complexity.
• Drafting documents, deeds and letters tailored to individual client's needs.
• Giving estate and inheritance tax planning advice, including giving advice on trusts.
• Advising on, preparing and registering powers of attorney.
• Advising on the administration of estates for lay executors, and where the firm is appointed as professional executor.
• Working within a team to develop and further strengthen the firm's private client presence.

Experience required:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Experience of the areas of private client law noted above.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• High quality educational and technical background.
• Able to relate to clients at all levels and demonstrate excellent levels of client care.
• Have enthusiasm to join in with networking and business development.
• Commercial acumen and appreciation of financial fundamentals.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in Tonbridge office)

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + bonus
