    • Provision for Disabled Dependants

    • Statutory Wills (for those lacking mental capacity)

The RoleThe successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice and building strong relationships with clients. This role offers an opportunity to make a real difference, helping clients plan for the future and protect their loved ones.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in Private Client law
  • Have expertise in Wills, Trusts, and Estate Administration
  • Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
  • Hold or be working towards a STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, and empathetic
