About the Role: Our client, a highly regarded law firm in Central London, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have between 2-5 years PQE and will be comfortable handling a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on a variety of private client matters, including will drafting, estate administration, inheritance tax planning, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Manage a caseload of matters, ensuring all client work is delivered efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Work closely with senior members of the team on complex estate planning and contentious probate matters.
• Provide clear, timely, and pragmatic legal advice, ensuring clients are fully informed throughout the process.
• Keep up-to-date with relevant changes in law and legislation affecting private client work.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with between 2-5 years PQE in private client law (experience in wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning).
• Strong technical ability and knowledge of private client matters.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently while maintaining high standards of client care.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle complex legal issues with confidence.
• A proactive, client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Previous experience in a highly regarded private client team or law firm would be advantageous.
