This permanent, office-based role, which offers the possibility of hybrid working after completing probation. Role ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the Private Client team, you will manage a caseload of exceptional quality, often involving High Net Worth clients and multi-jurisdictional properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling all aspects of private client work (excluding contested probate)
• Drafting wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Managing estate planning and administration, including high-value estates
• Developing client relationships through business development activities
• Providing support and guidance to junior team members

Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in private client law
• A proven track record of handling complex and high-value matters
• Expertise in estate planning and trusts (STEP membership or progress towards it is desirable)
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with a client-focused approach
• A commitment to business development and building lasting client relationships

Additional desirable qualities include:

• Experience mentoring or supervising junior colleagues
• Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional estate issues
