Description

The Private Client Solicitor will be:

• Advising individuals and families on wills, trusts, and executries.
• Handling complex inheritance tax and succession planning matters.
• Administering estates and providing expert guidance on tax-efficient solutions.
• Working closely with clients to deliver tailored private client legal services.
• Keeping up to date with legislative changes to provide informed advice.

Profile

• A solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 5 years' PQE in private client law.
• Experienced in wills, executries, trusts, and tax planning.
• Skilled in client relationship management, with strong technical expertise.
• STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
