Solicitor - Private Client Department

- Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (Depending on Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our Private Client Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal services to our clients, focusing on areas such as drafting Wills, managing Estate Administration, and handling Court of Protection/Deputyship matters.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on a range of private client matters.
- Draft and review legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and third parties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law. (All Levels).
- Proven experience in drafting Wills, LPAs, Declarations of Trust, and managing estate administration.
- Strong knowledge of Court of Protection and deputyship matters.
- Experience in contentious probate and trust administration.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
