Overview

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced private client solicitor to join an established law firm offering a broad range of services. This role involves working with clients to provide expert advice on executries, trusts, inheritance tax planning, wills and guardianships.

Role Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE in private client law
• Expertise in estate administration, inheritance tax compliance and trusts
• Experience drafting complex wills and advising on powers of attorney and guardianships

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of Scottish private client law
• Exceptional client care and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of high-value clients independently and effectively
