JOB REF: 215298676TITLE: Private Client Solicitor (Legal Director)PQE: 10+LOCATION: London (Hybrid)SALARY: Excellent + BenefitsTHE ROLE:The successful candidate will manage a caseload of wills and probate matters while also handling complex private client work, including lasting powers of attorney for both domestic and international clients. Responsibilities will also include estate planning, advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax, as well as establishing lifetime trusts. You should have a keen interest in business development and the desire to become involved in management of the team and wider practice group.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 10 years’ PQE, with extensive technical experience and knowledge in obtaining grants of probate or letters of administration (foreign domicile, resealing of grants and intestate estates), preparation of deeds of variation, gifts, and family arrangement.
