Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

The Firm

Our client is a highly respected practice with multiple offices in Essex. The firm is friendly and has a supportive working environment , the Private Client team pride themselves on being professional and approachable.

The Role

The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing Private Client Team.

The successful candidate will be handling a range of Private Client matters relating to.

• Non - taxable and taxable Estates, high value Estates of £1 million +
• Private Client fee earning work including , drafting Wills and LPA’s,
• Experience of Court of Protection work and application for Deputyships non- essential but preferred
• Experience of registration and administration of Trusts desirable
• Assisting elderly clients
• The caseload will be of good quality, interesting and varied

Requirements

• The position would suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive minimum 2 year’s PQE
• Private Client experience essential
• Ability to communicate with a range of clients including elderly clients
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Enhanced career progression and management responsibilities
