Remuneration:£40 - £50ph

Our client, a long-standing legal practice in Plymouth, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor for a temporary role. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled solicitor to join a supportive team and handle good quality work on a flexible interim basis.

The Private Client Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload, providing exceptional service and advice to clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, inheritance planning, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts.

• Independently manage a busy private client caseload

• Attend client meetings and take instructions

• Draft wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trust documents

• Administer estates and handle probate matters

• Provide inheritance planning advice to clients

• You will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive, or otherwise qualified by experience.

• You will have at least 4 years' experience in Private Client work

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Availability to work on-site at least on a hybrid basis

• Hourly rate of £40 - £50

• Flexible working hours and hybrid working arrangement.
