Crowe Watson Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Personal Tax Assistant Manager to join our client, a well-established independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Sheffield. You will work closely with a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts, and play a key role in managing and reviewing personal tax compliance and advisory projects. Whether liaising with clients or mentoring junior team members, your expertise will be highly valued.

• Managing and reviewing personal tax compliance work, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions
• Providing advisory support on personal tax planning and mitigation strategies
• Liaising directly with clients to offer tailored advice and solutions
• Supporting junior team members with their development and reviewing their work
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensuring compliance

• CTA qualification or QBE
• At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of personal tax and related legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships
• A proactive and organised approach to managing deadlines
