Private Client Tax Consultant - Gleeson Recruitment Group : Job Details

Location: Lichfield / BirminghamSalary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)

Join a leading professional services firm as a Private Client Tax Consultant, where exceptional client service and a collaborative culture are at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tax returns and forms P11d for clients.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring tax compliance and deadlines are met.
• Handle basic tax matters and liaise with HMRC and other third parties as required.
• Address client queries with a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Calculate tax liabilities, capital gains, and review PAYE codes.

Skills and Attributes:

• Proficient in IT and tax preparation software.
• Solid understanding of the tax system, deadlines, and planning opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Experience with Trust compliance is desirable but not essential.
