Title: Private Client Tax Senior ManagerLocation: Lichfield (with flexibility to work from Birmingham and travel to Lichfield once a week)Salary: Up to £60,000, depending on experience.

Gleeson Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a reputable accountancy and business advisory firm, offering an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join their growing team.

This role involves working on a variety of private client tax matters, with a particular focus on Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and advisory services, while also supporting compliance work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tax planning and compliance services for trusts, estates, and beneficiaries.
• Deliver high-quality advisory work, focusing on reducing tax liabilities for estate planning and trust administration.
• Manage a portfolio of private clients and act as the main point of contact for Trust and Estates matters.
• Support the growth of the Private Client department, including mentoring team members and assisting with recruitment.
• Assist with marketing and business development efforts to expand the firm's reach.

About You:

• Significant experience in Trusts and Inheritance Tax with a strong interest in advisory work.
• Broader private client tax experience is highly desirable.
• Skilled in managing client relationships and mentoring teams.
• Comfortable working with both compliance and advisory matters, with a preference for advisory.
• Experience in business development is a plus.

This role is ideally based in Lichfield, but candidates preferring the Birmingham office are welcome to apply, provided they can travel to Lichfield once a week.
