Private Equity Associate, Mid-Market Fund - London - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

Our client is a global Private Equity group who are looking for an M&A Analyst / Associate or Strategy Consultant to join their investment team.

The successful candidate will contribute to a range of transactions, spanning the consumer, healthcare, industrials, and services sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities through financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate internally, and with external advisors to execute transactions and manage portfolio investments effectively.

Requirements

• ~3+ Years M&A experience, at a bulge-bracket or reputable boutique investment bank (Analyst 3 / Associate 1 grade preferred). Consulting backgrounds will also be considered.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
