ROLE 

• Lead and manage complex private equity transactions including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio company investments. 
• Provide strategic guidance on fund formation, structuring and regulatory compliance for leading private equity clients. 
• Develop and nurture client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on a broad range of private equity matters. 
• Collaborate with cross-border teams to deliver seamless solutions for international transactions. 
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the private equity practice and capture new market opportunities. 
• Oversee and mentor junior team members, fostering talent and ensuring excellence in service delivery. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Has extensive experience (ideally 10+ years PQE) in private equity transactions at a top-tier law firm or similar environment. 
• Demonstrates exceptional technical expertise and a commercial mindset to navigate complex deal structures. 
• Possesses a proven track record in client development and cultivating strong, lasting relationships. 
• Has excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and oversee high-pressure transactions. 
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with an international focus. 
• Is motivated, ambitious and driven to make a lasting impact within the private equity sector.
