About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Private Personal Assistant to support a busy estate in managing both personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Errands: Run personal errands and manage household tasks as needed.
- Event Planning: Assist in organising personal and professional events, including dinners, parties, and meetings.
- Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and bill payments.
- HR: Ensuring basic HR duties and staff and happy
Skills:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
