We are dedicated to educating children and young people with profound autism and associated challenging behaviours. We are seeking an enthusiastic Special Needs Teacher to enhance our hardworking and committed team.

• Teach and support children and young people with profound autism and challenging behaviour.
• Manage a team of Special Needs Assistants to ensure effective learning and support.
• Collaborate with our excellent Therapy Team in a multi-disciplinary approach to enhance educational outcomes.
• Contribute to the overall development and continuous improvement of the school environment and educational practices.

• Experience working with children and young people with profound autism and challenging behaviour.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of Special Needs Assistants.
• Strong commitment to a multi-disciplinary approach in educational settings.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine interest in advancing in the field of autism education.
