You will handle an interesting and diverse caseload of contested probate matters. Working closely with colleagues and clients, you can expect to run your own caseload and work with more senior lawyers on higher value cases.What you'll need to succeedYou should be a probate litigation lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 3 years' pqe.
