Our client, a leading legal organisation, is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Probate Solicitor to join their team in St Helens. As a Probate Solicitor, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including drafting wills, advising clients on estate planning, and managing a caseload of probate matters. Your experience and knowledge of LPAs, wills, probate, and trusts will be essential in this role.
You will need to have a working knowledge of conveyancing as it pertains to probate, and the ability to efficiently use case management software such as Proclaim and Word.
The ideal candidate will have post qualified experience or equivalent experience and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You must be able to work with minimal support and supervision, and be confident in generating your own letters and documents. Your strong organisational and time management abilities will enable you to effectively manage your caseload and correspondence.
