Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is one of the longest standing law firms in Birmingham. They have multiple offices, and are looking for a Qualified Probate Solicitor to manage their own caseload in their Hall Green office in Birmingham. The ideal candidate must have the required level of qualification- as a Qualified Solicitor.

The Role:

• To undertake private client work including wills, powers of attorney, probate and estate administration
• To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
• Liaising directly with clients
• Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
• Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
• To manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision

The ideal Conveyancing Solicitor will have:

• Extensive experience within probate and other private client work
• Ability to commute to office in Hall Green, Birmingham
• Ability to work independently, end to end on all files
• Qualified Solicitor
• Legal Qualifications are Non-Negotiable
