Process Engineer - ASC Connections Ltd : Job Details

Process Engineer responsibilities include -

• Review current processes and existing methods of manufacture.
• Work on volume outputs, scrap/rework, quality, safety, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure that existing equipment and machinery are kept in good working order.
• Recommend new equipment when and where necessary.
• Support with the creation of new manuals and staff training where necessary.
• Assist with plant layouts to ensure material flow is maximised.

Process Engineer desirable skills and experience -

• Experience working within a similar role (Production Engineer etc)
• knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
• Knowledge of QMS such as ISO 9001, AS 9100, or IATF 16949.
• Proven experience working on NPI, SMED, 5S, and Kanban.
• Mechanical engineering education (HNC/HNC) or relevant training.
