As the Process Lead (R2R), you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Record to Report (R2R) processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with best practices across our diverse portfolio of businesses. You’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing core R2R processes, including Fixed Asset Accounting, Intercompany Balances, Payroll Accounting, and more.
• Leading the continuous improvement of processes and driving standardisation across the group.
• Managing and mentoring two direct reports to achieve their full potential.
• Supporting the adoption and training of best practices for NetSuite, our ERP system.
• Monitoring balance sheet reconciliations across the group and generating KPIs to track process efficiency.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality financial reporting.

We’re seeking a qualified accountant with a proven track record in R2R and a passion for process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a Shared Services Centre (SSC) or similar environment.
• Strong expertise in intercompany accounting and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering results.

• Experience in migrating new acquisitions into a business.
• NetSuite ERP expertise.
• Lean Six Sigma or PRINCE2 qualifications.
