Job Description :

Process Mapping Assistant - £16 per hr.

Remote (home based) working. Temp work for up to 6 months.

Working for a prominent membership organisation, whose HQ is in Central London. Which is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to it’s members and continuously enhancing their internal processes.

They are urgently looking for a Temporary Process Mapping Assistant to work remotely, helping them document and optimise key workflows across their organisation.

As a Process Mapping Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in collaborating with multiple departments to understand, document and improve various operational processes. Your work will support a commitment to providing efficient, streamlined services to members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate remotely to understand and document workflow processes.
  • Develop clear, process maps using tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within processes.
  • Visually help communicate process flows and recommendations.
  • Storing the records on the SharePoint platform.
  • Keep records of the recorded maps and future ones planned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in process mapping.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote environment.
