Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a successful and well-established business in the Sheffield City Centre as they look to bring in a Process & Systems Finance Manager 

  • Salary from £50,000 - £54,500
  • Full-time – 37 hours a week
  • Hybrid / Flexible working (approx. 2 days will be required on site/office per week)

The purpose of the role is to lead the charge in transforming their finance systems and processes. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our finance systems, while also spearheading strategic initiatives to modernise and streamline our financial operations. 

Duties will include: - 

  • Lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of the financial systems architecture.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Technology colleagues to design and implement best-in-class financial processes aligned with strategic objectives
  • Champion data integrity, security, and compliance within financial systems, mitigating risks and safeguarding financial information
  • Drive innovation in financial reporting and management information, providing reporting capabilities to extract insights for informed decision-making.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, leveraging technology to streamline operations
  • Take a leading role in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption and comprehensive user training.

You will ideally have the following skills & experience:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role with a focus on financial systems and processes. 
  • A recognised professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) 
  • Proficiency in financial management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in leading and managing a team
  • Excellent communication and people skills to build strong relationships across departments and stakeholders
