Fixed term contract 3-6 months: Administrator/Procurement

What You Will Do:

• Manage Procurement Administration tasks with precision, including creating and generating project reports from SAP.
• Actively engage with suppliers via phone and email to secure updates on delivery dates and confirmations, ensuring seamless operations.
• Update SAP with revised delivery information, escalating critical details to team members and project managers as needed.
• Oversee the placement of web orders for commercial and low-value items, adhering to pre-agreed pricing.
• Assist in obtaining new supplier documentation and updating existing supplier records, ensuring compliance and readiness.
• Support facilities tasks within the procurement team, including administration, documentation, and the purchase of consumables.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in a similar procurement or administrative role, ideally within the automotive or engineering sectors.
• Proficiency in SAP and strong IT skills to manage reports and supplier communications efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A collaborative spirit, capable of working well within a team and communicating effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
