Responsibilities of the Procurement Manager:

• Inspire and Lead a Dynamic Team: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 3–5 direct purchasing professionals, driving excellence and collaboration.
• Strategic Leadership: Oversee the work of talented Commodity Managers, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivering impactful results.
• Craft Winning Sourcing Strategies: Use your industry expertise to develop and execute sourcing strategies that anticipate market trends and leverage cutting-edge technologies.
• Forge Strategic Supplier Partnerships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key suppliers, identifying and cultivating opportunities for mutual growth and innovation.
• Own Negotiations with Confidence: Lead critical supplier negotiations, including NDAs, General Terms & Conditions, and Production Supply Agreements, ensuring favourable outcomes for the company.
