About the role:

Here at Hays, we are partnering with a Housing Association based in the North East to recruit a Procurement Officer on a permanent basis. This is a full-time hybrid role giving you the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. The role is paying up to £33,411 for the right candidate and offers some employee benefits.About you:

• Knowledge of the new Procurement Act.
• Public sector procurement experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• IT skills include the use of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
• The ability to work on his own initiative as well as within a team.
