Procurement Officer - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Hays are delighted to be working with a Housing Association in London to recruit a Procurement Officer.You will be joining an organisation that offers a flexible hybrid working approach with 2 days on-site in London and then 3 days remotely.In this role you will support the Head of Procurement to support with a variety of procurements. The organisation has a varied spend portfolio of goods and services and this role will give you exposure to a variety of different procurements.In this role you will

• Supporting procurement processes
• Maintaining supplier relationships across a broad portfolio
• Process and onboard new suppliers
• Monitor compliance with PCR23
• Provide spend analytics to drive value

We are looking for individuals with

• Experience of working within a procurement function
• Knowledge of procurement regulations, processes, and procedures.
• Experience of data analytics
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office applications, and eProcurement systems.
• Excellent customer management and influencing skills.
