Your new companyYou will be working for an international professional services firm focussed on private wealth & business services. With a global presence across many major cities, this firm is known for its strong client-adviser relationships, providing tailored services to a diverse clientele, including large businesses, wealthy individuals, family offices, and wealth managers.Your new roleAs a Procurement Specialist, you will be working on procurement and sourcing projects in indirect categories such as Business Development & Marketing, Compliance & Risk, Finance, and Knowledge, including contracts relating to Software as a Service (SaaS). You will be working alongside the Risk and Infosec teams to ensure due diligence is completed on supplier products & services, as well as ensuring appropriate terms are in place with suppliers. In this role you will be undertaking industry and market analysis, conducting supplier negotiations and supporting the development and implementation of procurement strategy plans - strategic sourcing & category management, as well as complying with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of e2e procurement processes. You will need to be able to influence commercial decisions by proactively engaging with the business and service functions. You will also need to have great personable skills in order to engage and build relationships with the relevant stakeholders. What you'll get in returnYou will receive a competitive salary of up to £45,000 p/a + package, with a 60/40 split between working in the office and working remotely.
