Product and Contracting Manager - C&M Travel Recruitment : Job Details

Product & Contracting Manager- Sussex/Hybrid. A fantastic opportunity to join a specialist tour operator focused on educational school trips worldwide. They are passionate about creating enriching experiences for students and are looking for a dynamic individual to help them grow.Product & Contracting Manager Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the product and purchasing team
• Developing and implementing strategies to maximize commercial performance
• Negotiate competitive rates and commercial terms with local suppliers for specific geographic regions
• Oversee health and safety audits, ensuring adherence to School Travel Forum guidelines
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, commercial, operations, etc.)
• Travel to destinations as needed.

Product & Contracting Manager Skills Required

• Previous experience in a similar role within school or group travel
• Strong destination knowledge in Europe and/or the USA
• Proven management skills with experience leading a team
• Creative, innovative, motivated, and possess a can-do attitude
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Fluency in a European language is a plus
• Ability to travel occasionally
• A clean driving license
