Product Business Analyst (Settlements, T2S, CCP, trading flows, matching, SWIFT, CSDR) - Brussels / London / Paris

As a Product Business Analyst for Settlement & Business Resilience within the Market Liquidity department, you will:
- Manage product evolutions in settlement, collaborating with Product Managers and other stakeholders.
- Define and design required changes/solutions for settlement.
- Coordinate with Group Business Solution (GBS), Operational teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in IT and non-IT projects related to settlement and business resilience, including market link expansions and changes.
- Tackle multiple challenges such as T+1 strategic plans, T2S offering evolution, settlement efficiency, business resilience, credit usage reduction, and adaptations to CCP and trading platform services.
- Lead the definition of the business scope and recommend optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with Information System Architect/Application Owner for IT solutions.
- Produce high-level requirements and coordinate delivery with Product Owner and Architect.
- Drive risk assessment and obtain necessary approvals.
- Support IT delivery team in preparing detailed solution requirements.
- Work closely with project sponsors for Sponsorship committees and the Change Request process.
- Contribute to project roll-out, including client documentation, support for migration and commercial teams, and post-launch support.
Profile:
- Expertise in settlement domain (T2S, CCP, trading flows, matching, settlement, market links, CSDR).
- Knowledge in related domains: Banking, Cash, SWIFT.
- Familiarity with settlement services in other group CSDs is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiating.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of team spirit.
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus.
