Porsche Retail Group is expanding our team and have an excellent opportunity for a Product Expert (Porsche Pro) to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join the prestigious Porsche Centre Reading.As a Product Expert, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by leveraging your deep knowledge of the Porsche brand to analyse customer needs, interests, and preferences. You'll use this insight to recommend the perfect Porsche model and personalised features that align with each customer’s unique lifestyle. By passionately engaging customers, you will inspire them to invest in the Porsche story and their ideal vehicle, before seamlessly connecting them with our Sales team to finalise their journey.Your expertise will extend beyond the showroom as you become a trusted resource, proactively sharing your in-depth knowledge and offering continued support to both customers and colleagues alike.So, what makes life at PRG unique?

• Basic Salary of up to £29,100 per annum, depending on experience
• OTE of 10% per annum

• Fixed hours each week - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm (1 day off in the week) and every Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm
