Product Manager - Evolve Selection Ltd : Job Details

Evolve are recruiting for a leading healthcare company who are seeking a product manager to join their team. Specialising in transfusion, you will be responsible for the strategic development, management, and the growth of our clients transfusion and cell therapy portfolio. This is a full time, permanent, remote position. Travel will be required nationally.

Ideal Requirements for the Product Manager

• Experience in the medical device industry, with a strong emphasis on transfusion-related technologies.
• Knowledge of the UK National Health System and the product procurement process would be desirable.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager, within either Healthcare, Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals.

Role Responsibilities for the Product Manager

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximising return on investment
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Monitor product performance and manage the portfolio, making data-driven decisions to optimise product offerings
• Analyse financial performance and implement actions to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
