Job DescriptionAs a Product Manager for our client’s post-trade platform, you will support the Product leadership team with primary focus on the European client base across Institutional and Broker Dealer communities. You will be a product champion and subject matter expert, responsible for providing voice of client feedback on existing features and new strategic initiatives, with a strong understanding of external market influences including accelerated settlement cycles.   Key Responsibilities

• Drive and inform the long-term product roadmap while contributing to specific workstreams and projects, including cloud evolution
• Provide voice of client feedback for European clients on new strategic initiatives and external market influences, including UK and EU move to shorter settlement cycles
• Partner with Application Development and Operations teams to design and implement new features
• Perform market and product fit analysis to assess expansion and collaboration opportunities
• Analyse market data and stakeholder feedback to identify problem areas and future product opportunities
• Maintain expertise in competitive landscape and industry trends
• Champion strategic direction across internal and external partners
• Collaborate with global product management peers on best practices and regional initiatives
• Provide feedback on requirements documents for current and future initiatives

  Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Expert knowledge of the Broker/Dealer client segment
• Strong understanding of cloud capabilities, including Snowflake
• Comprehensive knowledge of the front-to-back trade lifecycle, including transaction matching, PSET matching & Settlements
• Proficiency in business impact assessments
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent decision-making capabilities under pressure
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Strategic thinking and creativity
