Product Manager - Hybrid (Kingston)

Location: Kingston (Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home)Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver innovative products.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product strategy.
• Prioritize product features and requirements based on business goals and user needs.
• Monitor product performance and iterate to ensure continuous improvement.
• Drive the growth of the brand alongside developing a marketing strategy with a product range in collaboration with the sales and marketing departments.
• Ensure the product complies with the brand and achieves set key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making.
• Ideally 3+ years’ experience in product management, such as product or marketing executive with a focus on product management.
• Analytical, innovative, and creative with first-class interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze consumer data to determine suitable product offerings and their positioning.
