A great opportunity to join a leading banking institution as a Product Manager

THE BUSINESS

The business are a leading financial organisation and one of the UK's top banks as they seek to enhance their new product propositions in the lending/point of sale space.

Working across proposition development, product ideation, product monetisation, customer journeys and more. You'll focus on being a big part of bringing new products to customers.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing, developing and iterating the product construct for embedded lending and point of sale finance offerings

• Creating and managing product roadmaps for new product offerings and drive changes/enhancements to features and functionalities

• Tailor product propositions that align with needs of merchant and platform partners

• Conduct market research and analysis to position lending solutions as leader in the market and staying ahead of trends

• Identifying new opportunities for product growth and positioning

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record in Product Management within the financial services sector

• Experience in proposition development and product ideation

• Strong understanding of customer journeys

• Knowledge of personal lending credit cards or other financial products is a plus

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
