Your role will focus on growing sales and profits for your product category, by determining the best product mix, developing and executing our customer acquisition strategy, working with our internal studio to improve our marketing materials, and improving customer retention.
From analysing and assessing future marketing campaign profitability to designing adverts, evaluating inventory risk, and streamlining processes, you'll take responsibility for every step of the process. You will develop and progress into part of our leadership team, working together with other managers and Directors to improve performance across the wider business.

Job description:
- Responsible for the complete life cycle of a product range from concept to end of life
- Campaign planning - Analyse sales data to identify marketing opportunities, make recommendations, and execute your plans efficiently and effectively
- Prepare copy or work with copywriters and develop creative briefs for advertising campaign
- Project sales and costs for your products and take all necessary steps to achieve projected results
- set the ordering strategy to ensure that goods are ordered and delivered as required while managing excess inventory risk for your products
- Liaise with manufacturers across the globe to negotiate the best costs, order volumes and delivery lead-times.
- Maintain a good customer experience by working with our customer service and operations teams, keeping them informed of new offers and delivery dates.
Person specification:
- Previous and related experience in a marketing/consumer product management role
- Excellent academic track record, degree certificate of 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Drive to have an impact on results and proactively seek opportunities for the business and for your own development and progression
- Good interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness
- Strong analytical ability and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
- The capacity to multi-task and prioritise your time effectively
