About the Role:

In this key role, you will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement a strategic portfolio marketing plan for a range of specialist medical products. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

• Strategic Product Development: Craft clear and compelling product strategies and messaging, tailored specifically for the UK market and aligned with various medical speciality areas.
• Market Insight and Analysis: Deepen your understanding of the market, competitors, and clinical trends across all product groups and specialities. Your expertise will be critical in positioning our products ahead of the competition.
• Quarterly Marketing Insights: Create and submit a detailed quarterly marketing insights paper that includes analysis of market dynamics, competitor activity, and clinical trends, along with actionable recommendations for the team.
• Leading Product Launches: Take the lead on new product launches, working collaboratively on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and the development of impactful marketing materials.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional with solid experience in Product Management, preferably within the medical device industry or another highly regulated sector. You should be comfortable working closely with the sales team and engaging with medical professionals across the UK. If you’re not afraid to take the lead and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
