Description

1. Product Messaging & Positioning:

  • Craft and refine compelling product messaging and positioning tailored to our target audiences.

  • Ensure consistency and alignment with the company's brand narrative and value proposition.

2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

  • Lead the planning and execution of GTM strategies for new product releases and feature rollouts, including the creation of content such as marketing emails and social posts.

  • Collaborate with product management, sales, solutions, and wider marketing teams to ensure seamless and impactful launches aligned with business objectives.

3. Sales Enablement:

  • Equip the sales team with tools, presentations, and resources to effectively communicate product benefits and close deals.

  • Create product-focused content, such as battle cards and pitch decks.

4. Customer and Market Insights:

  • Conduct research to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behavior.

  • Work with the Global Product Director to analyze and define the total addressable market (TAM) for your product(s) and identify growth opportunities.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with product, customer success, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure customer-centricity.

  • Participate in monthly product board meetings with key stakeholders and advocate for the customer by bringing insights into product development and feature prioritization.

  • Inspire and influence junior marketing team members by sharing best practices, demonstrating a passion for innovation, and fostering a collaborative culture.

Profile

  • Worked in a role that is solely focused on product marketing.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading product launches and formulating effective marketing strategies.

  • In-depth knowledge of product marketing within B2B SaaS environments; familiarity with technology solutions for the legal sector is advantageous.

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence high-level decision-making.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of developing clear and persuasive messaging.

  • Analytical approach with proficiency in interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.

  • Skilled in utilizing customer relationship management systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
