Required skills and experience:  

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
  • Experience driving the execution of marketing activity in line with the marketing strategy across multiple products and brands
  • Strategic thinker
  • Marketing related degree (2:1 or higher) or a high standard of A-Levels and CIM qualification.

You will be responsible for:

  • Product Marketing Strategy: Support the ongoing review and development of target markets, buyer personas, segmentation, customer journeys and positioning of our SaaS products following campaign activity and customer research.
  • Product Positioning: Work closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to continually evolve our value proposition to create compelling messaging and positioning to resonate with our target customers and industries.
  • Multi-Channel Product Marketing: Deliver multi-channel marketing campaign briefs and assets that align with the product positioning, and oversee the creation of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and offline tactical activities. Ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence across all channels.
  • Divisional Product Marketing Plan: Maintain the integrated marketing campaigns calendar, considering activity at all stages of a campaign (short:mid:long term).
  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies, including paid advertising, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and lead generation activities to meet business objectives.
  • Customer Retention: In collaboration with the senior product marketing manager, implement strategies and activity for customer retention and upselling, including customer loyalty programs and ongoing communication to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • End to end funnel activity: Support the senior product manager with implementing the funnel metrics, analytics and processes to effectively manage and optimise acquisition and retention campaigns across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Nurture Journeys: Implement and optimise marketing automation processes and nurture journeys to streamline workflows, increase leads, promote cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and improve retention.
  • Sales Enablement: Oversee the development of sales enablement material for every stage of the marketing funnel.
