Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of key product initiatives. You will own the product vision, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals. From ideation to launch, you will ensure the product meets customer needs and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver products that meet customer needs.
• Prioritize product requirements based on feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research.
• Work with engineering to ensure timely delivery of features and manage the product backlog.
• Oversee product launches and sales enablement strategies.
• Track product performance using KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Regularly engage with stakeholders for feedback and updates.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products to refine product strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, successfully managing digital products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience making data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Experience leading go-to-market strategies and driving product adoption.
• B2B experience and SAFe Agile certification are a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Manchester (Onsite 2 days per week)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
