As a Production Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing production processes, ensuring that work flow is optimised and production targets are consistently met. This role requires an organised and detail-oriented individual who can monitor production progress, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control the flow of work through the factory, ensuring that production schedules are met.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimise work flow.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless production operations.
• Utilise production planning software to manage schedules and production data effectively.
• Address production challenges and make proactive adjustments as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Controller or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A dynamic self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using production planning software and related tools.
• An inquisitive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving.
