About the Role:We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our clients team. This role involves liaising directly with OEM customers and sub-contractors to manage customer schedules and order raw materials to meet demand. Excellent communication skills are essential as you'll be a key point of contact for your clients.Key Responsibilities:- Order raw materials based on customer schedules and demands- Maintain direct contact with OEM customers and sub-contractors- Download and manage EDI schedules (training provided)- Interpret customer schedules and translate them into raw material orders- Work closely with the production lead to load machine tools with various part numbersRequirements:- Strong communication skills; fluent in English to ensure clear client interactions- Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)- Ability to work efficiently and stay organised in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us?This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, develop new skills, and take on an important role in our production team.
