£36,000 - £39,000 + Bonus + Free Parking + Overtime up to Time and a half + Early Finish on a Friday

Our client are leading manufacturer who have been at the cutting edge of PCB Fabrication and electronics manufacturing for over 40 years. The company is rapidly expanding and is seeking an individual with a proven track record of using customer supplied Gerber, BOM and CAD data to generate production machine programs and produce shop floor work instructions.

The Role:

• Production Engineer
• Producing Printed Circuit Boards
• PCB Assembly through to final Assembly box build
• Maintain SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Machines
• Using Gerber, BOM and CAD data to generate production Machine programs.
• Producing Shop Floor Work Instructions
• Convert Customer supplied data into programs for production machinery
• Using Circuit CAM, Factory Logics, Fuji CAM
• Respond to breakdowns and perform maintenance tasks
• Use Stencil design and ordering,
• Use ERP systems and BOMs.
• Use oven profiles and screen-printing process
• Produce operator assembly guides, production aids and jigs

The Person

• Experience and knowledge of Printed Circuit Board production
• The existing right to work within the UK
