Are you a motivated individual looking for a rewarding career in manufacturing? Kingspan Century is looking for Line Leaders to join our Production team in Ballyclare. 

What you’ll do:

As a Production Line Leader, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing line and team performance to hit production deadlines. 
• Promote team members development in continuous improvement (CI) activities. 
• Liaise with the team leader regularly on issues involving production schedule and schedule changes, drawings, quality and staffing issues.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment. 
• Ensure all team members are wearing the correct PPE. 
• Monitor waste and scrap levels, and develop methods to reduce it.
• Reject/ Scrap nonconforming product 

You will have: 

• Ability to read manufacturing drawings
• Problem solving skills 
• Working to set output targets
• Supervisory experience is desirable
• Overhead Crane certified is preferred

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30Friday 08:00 to 15:30
