Location: Commutable to Burton

Remuneration: £60,000 + discretionary bonusBenefits: Excellent pension, health care, 4x death in service & 25 days annual leave The role of the Production Manager - Formwork & Falsework Safety Screens will involve:

• Production Manager position dealing with safety screens for temporary formwork/falsework systems
• Full oversight of the operational/production teams within the assembly and storage facilities
• Ensuring availability of products that meet company standards and meet customer expectations
• Responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of all pre-assembly processes
• Check over all product lines before distribution to sites
• 1 direct report (Supervisor) & 10 indirect reports (Operatives)

The ideal applicant will be Production Manager - Formwork & Falsework Safety Screens with:

• Must have pre-assembly management / production management experience within the construction hire/rental market sector
• Ideally will have experience dealing with temporary formwork & falsework systems
• Ability to read and understand engineering / manufacturing / fabrication drawings, ideally relating to large steel components
• Previous experience dealing with steel erection / assembly would be ideal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Planning & scheduling techniques
• A working knowledge of PUWER and LOLER regulations would be advantageous
