Production Manager Barnstaple £UP TO 43,000 DOE Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm  We have a new opportunity to join a large privately owned company in the role of a Production Manager. The company are established leaders within their sector   Reporting into the General Manger the role of the Production Manager will see you managing a small team within a High Care environment.   Production Manager Responsibilities:·Manage Production and ensure Quality targets are met through KPIs ·To enforce the company HACCP policy ·To enforce the company health and safety policy ·Ensure staffing levels are adequate to meet requirements ·Provide coaching to team to improve performance ·Deal with absence and disciplinary matters appropriately ·Focus on continuous improvement to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce non-conformances   Required Education, Skills and Qualifications·Experience working in Food Manufacturing, ideally High Care ·Team management / Supervisory experience ·Experience of Training and mentoring teams ·Able to work in a fast-moving pressured environment, maintaining a keen eye for detail and remaining results-focused   To be considered for this Production Manager role you will be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
