Our client is a growing manufacturing business specialising in woodworking/joinery production. They are looking to bring in a Production Manager in training, building upon CNC machining, programming and design experience to help with marketing, quoting, and taking the business to new heights.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Growing Marketing strategies to grow the business
• Creating quotes and turnign leads into new business
• Utilising customer drawings to create engineering drawings and CNC Programms for machining
• Ordering and maintaining stock
• Planning and scheduling for production
• Taking on HR, recruitment, Health & Safety and finance responsabilities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Have experience in a cnc workshop environment
• Be able to operate and programme CNC machinery
• Have experience in 2D CAD design
• Have epxeirence in managing/leading a team
