Production Operative Day Shift - Talk Staff : Job Details

We are working with our client, a market leader in their industry, who, with the growing demand for their products and services, are looking for production operatives to join their busy team and help manage their busy workload.

The role is based at their site in Brassington, and they are looking for candidates who prefer longevity with their work.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

• Experience working within a busy warehouse or factory environment is preferable
• Experience in a physically demanding role
• Your own transport, due to location
• Be hardworking & reliable
• Have a can-do attitude and the desire to learn

Within this position, you’ll also be:

• Keeping machines supplied with relevant materials
• Keeping the machines and production areas tidy
• Reporting faults and work to high safety standards
• Palletising products ready for dispatch
• Moving the pallets ready for dispatch
• Minding machinery and working as part of a team
• Labelling the goods

Salary & Working Hours

Hours of work

Week 1 Monday to Friday, 6.30am – 5pm or Monday to Thursday 7am – 5.30pm / Friday 6.30am – 5pm

Week 2 Monday to Thursday, 6.30am – 5pm or Monday to Thursday 7am – 5.30pm

Hourly Rate;

£12.02ph for the first 4 weeks

Increasing to £12.35ph after 4 weeks
