Production Operative - UBT : Job Details

Are you a practical and detail-oriented individual with hands-on skills? UBT Recruitment are working with a well-established family run SME based in Watford, looking for a Production Operative. You will be joining a company that design and manufacture design-led acoustic products for the commercial interior sector. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is flexible, willing to learn, and keen to progress within the company.

Working hours & Salary: £27,000-£30,000 per annum.

Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm (30 minutes for lunch). £27,000-£30,000 per annum.

Production Operative Duties:

• Operate CNC machines for cutting and gluing aluminium sheeting
• Assemble products to a high standard, ensure customer satisfaction
• Box up packages for delivery
